This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern the refund of products and services purchased from our website. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase from our website. By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
We offer a 14-day refund policy for our products and services, starting from the date of payment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within the first 14 days to receive a full refund. Please note, however, that certain services, such as VPS’s, may not be eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if the product or service is not returned in its original condition or if it is damaged.
After the 14-day period, we will offer store credit as a refund. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or deny a refund altogether if a refund request is made more than 17 days after the purchase date.
Please note that setup fees are non-refundable.
Dedicated servers are refundable within the first 14 days (336 hours) of purchase. Refunds for dedicated servers will not be granted after this period. Additionally, if you wish to cancel a dedicated server, you must provide 30 days’ notice before the end of the current billing cycle, or at the latest, by the 27th of the month prior. For example, if you cancel on the 25th of June but the original purchase was made on the 14th of February, then your service will end (and you will be charged until) the 14th of July.
We reserve the right to make changes to our Refund Policy at any time without notice. Any changes to our Refund Policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
